CTI's leadership team is focused on raising the bar and getting to it. For CTI this means exceeding Company and Customer expectations. A diversified team of highly experienced professionals is in place setting and driving forward our goals. The leadership possesses industry and government experience and is comprised of business and technical professionals.

Some of the key leadership at CTI:

Paul C. McCann, President & CEO
Paul C. McCann, President & CEO

Mr. McCann has been with CTI for over thirteen years and possesses over sixteen years of industry experience. He is currently President and CEO and has served on the company's Board of Directors since 2000. Prior to becoming President and CEO, he served as Sr. Vice President and CFO and was responsible for the company's financial and administrative management.

Prior to CTI, Mr. McCann was a Government Auditor performing pre-award cost proposal analysis and post-award accounting and project management system analysis on a wide array of Government Contractors. He has a Master of Business Administration from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as a Certified Management Accountant and a Certified Financial Manager and a member of the Institute of Management Accountants.

John S. Griffin, COO
John S. Griffin, Vice President & COO

Mr. Griffin comes to CTI with over ten years of industry experience and twenty-three years of service as an U.S. Army officer. As the Chief Operating Officer since 2009, he is responsible for the company's day-to-day operating activities.

Prior to CTI, Mr. Griffin acquired diverse leadership and operations management experience through the successful management of Information Technology projects for various Federal Government Agencies. He also successfully served as Portfolio and Program Manager for several critical and high visibility technology programs in the Defense Community. He has a Master of Science in Management from Salve Regina University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Marysue G. Strong, CFO
Marysue G. Strong, CFO

Ms. Strong has over twenty-five years of progressive management experience in the field of Government Contract Accounting and System Implementations. She has successfully managed finance, security, contracts, IT and human resource departments throughout her tenure as Vice President and CFO for multiple Government Contractors in the DC/MD/VA area. Ms. Strong's background includes Government Contract Accounting IT System Conversions, Executive and Project Management Training, Procedural Management, Contract Procurement, Accounting Department Training, Banking Relations and DCAA Compliance.

Ms. Strong earned her Master’s degree from The University of Phoenix and her Bachelor’s degree from Southern New Hampshire University while obtaining a minor in psychology and a concentration in international economics from North London Polytechnic in London, England.

William Will D. Kee, Business Development Director
William "Will" D. Kee, Business Development Executive

Mr. Kee has thirty years experience in the field of Information Technology, Engineering and Computer Science. He has served in an executive and management role for corporate activities and in a technical role on projects for the Department of Defense, Retail, Healthcare, Legal, Federal, State and Local Government and Fortune 500 companies. Since 2002, Mr. Kee has focused in the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community to provide software services and unique hardware solutions for mission-critical projects.

Mr. Kee has a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Maryland and an M.B.A. from the George Washington University.

James Jim G. Schottler, VP Electrical Engineering
James "Jim" G. Schottler, Electrical Engineering Director

Mr. Schottler has worked at CTI for over fifteen years and is expert at meeting the unique requirements of its customers. He has over sixteen years of electronics, hardware and software design experience. Mr. Schottler has been the VP, Director of Electrical Engineering since 2003 and is in charge of the Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering and RF capabilities at CTI. Since 2004, Mr. Schottler has served on CTI's Board of Directors.

Mr. Schottler received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech., and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Laodice Larry A. Granger, Sr., Manufacturing Director
Gregory "Greg" J. Yadzinski, Manufacturing Director

Mr. Yadzinski began his tenure at CTI as an Electrical Engineer over ten years ago and currently holds the position of Director of Manufacturing in addition to serving on the CTI Board of Directors. Drawing on nearly two decades of engineering and industry experience, Mr. Yadzinski is responsible for activities related to the production of specialized hardware encompassing project management, electronic and mechanical assembly, machining, advanced materials applications and quality control.

Mr. Yadzinski earned a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

James H. Sawyer, Senior Technical Consultant
James H. Sawyer, Senior Technical Consultant

Mr. Sawyer has been with CTI for over twenty-five years and currently serves the Company as a consultant providing technical and business support. His broad experience over the years covers a full range of positions from Mechanical Engineer to President and CEO. After tremendous success growing and running the Company, he is now focusing on customer needs and CTI solutions. In addition to engineering and management experience, Mr. Sawyer possesses experience in contracts, security, human resources and business development.

Mr. Sawyer has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech and has completed major coursework towards a Master's in Operations Research and Management Science at George Mason University, Mr. Sawyer is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
